Firefighter Playing With Fire

:wave: Well, how the hell is everyone? Today is Easter for those of you that claim the Christian faith. I have officially decided to re-name the holiday, bring it up to date. So, from this day forward, Easter shall be called "WB Jesus Day" :nod: Whatcha think? :nod:? :no:? Let's see, most journal thingehs have some kind of "what I have been up to lately" section. Hmmm I have been busy with fatherhood, work, and getting to know a new and special friend. Unfortunately, the whole firefighting biz has been kinda slow lately. I suppose that it's a good thing that peoples homes aren't burning, but it is hard to keep your skills sharp if you don't use them. :shrug: On a more positive note, I finally was able to purchase my first DSLR and I love it! :blowkiss: Here, look at her! I have purchased several filters for both lenses as well as all kinds of little "essential" items and have a full and heavy backpack, it even is an official Canon backpack. Canon for Life (imagine me sporting a "C" gang like sign. :nod: Oh HELLS yes!
